Step 1
Members must make a reservation on the GTA Golf Club website to confirm a spot at one of partner courses. If you show up at a course without having booked a spot on the GTA Golf Club website you will have to pay the full course green fee rate and not the GTA Golf Club green fee rate if you wish to play. Also, regarding booking during restricted times, you may pay full rate at the course if you wish to play in a restricted time period, however, you will not receive credit for any booking that was made that day as no other members were able to book that spot. This procedure is strictly enforced by GTA Golf Club and our partner clubs and there are no exceptions.

Step 2
You must reserve your tee-off time directly with the golf course. Booking with GTA Golf Club does not guarantee an available tee-off time; it simply lets you know that there is an available GTA Golf Club spot at the desired course. If, however, you book with GTA Golf Club but can’t find a tee off time at the course you have chosen, you must cancel your reservation on the GTA Golf Club website.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel your reservations without penalty, please make the cancellation before 7 a.m. the day prior to your scheduled round of golf. For example, if your reservation is for Saturday and you need to cancel then you must do so before 7 a.m. Friday. Should you wish to cancel your member spot the day of due to inclement weather conditions please send an email to support@gtagolfclub.ca so your account can be adjusted accordingly. This must be done prior to checking in at the course or no refund will be issued.

Important! Weather Cancellations
Weather cancellations will only be granted if you email us before your scheduled tee time. Day of golf cancellations are only honoured in the event that rain or lightning makes the course unplayable. Once the round has been started, refunds will only be given if the course is closed for the rest of the day. Delays due to lightning do not qualify for a refund if play resumes. This policy is strictly enforced and there are no exceptions. Please be diligent if the weather is questionable. The best way to determine if starting the round is worth the risk is by referring to live radar data that can be found on the Environment Canada website: http://weather.gc.ca/city/pages/on-143_metric_e.html

Our policy is in place so that reservations are not cancelled at the last minute, unnecessarily using up spots that could be used by other members.

Etiquette
You represent both GTA Golf Club and the rest of its members while on any of our partner courses, so please respect standard golf etiquette. This applies to dress code, pace-of-play, fixing ball marks and divots, etc.

Punctuality
Tee off times are precisely set based on date and time, volume of golfers and other factors… so be on time. Get to the course early and make sure you call to cancel if you just can’t make it.

Member Check in Procedure at Courses
As a GTA Golf Club member, you must produce photo identification to prove your identity at the course in order to receive the preferred green fee. If you forget your ID, you will have to pay the full rate at the course. No exceptions. GTA Golf Club memberships are non-transferable.

Method of Payment
Green fees are payable to GTA Golf Club at the time of booking (not to the golf course). Fees are payable by Visa or MasterCard.

Code of Conduct
GTA Golf Club reserves the right to revoke membership privileges, with no refund, at any time for any misuse of membership cards/privileges or misconduct by any GTA Golf Club member at any of our partner courses.
